Conference Rooms
(Monday to Friday from 8:00h to 18:00h )
Our conference rooms are equipped with:
- Beamer with VGA-connection
- Projection screen
- Flipchart
- Bulletin board
- Connection for power supply
Extension cables are not available.
Evening events and catering is only possible in agreement with Cafe SchwarzStark (sticht@schwarzstark.de, Tel. 09131 530 530).
Booking and Reservation:.
- Registered users (tenants in the MVC), please check the current booking schedule about Login. Should you not have an account yet, please contact the center management: info@medical-valley-center.de
- External users: kindly use the Contact form or by phone: 09131 530 700.
If the room is available at the requested time, you will receive a written booking confirmation. The key for the conference room will be handed over to you at the Café SchwarzStark at the time agreed upon.
Price for external users: 15 € net per hour. The reckoning with the Cafe SchwarzStark is to pay seperately.
